We had a great time during our romantic escape over a week in an adults-only hotel in Cuba. We appreciated the location close to many eateries, shops, and tourist sites, allowing us to explore Varadero fully. It was also fantastic that the hotel offered free dance classes and water aerobics to keep us active. We loved the beach itself, which was clean, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for everyone.
We found the service a bit lacking, which could dampen the overall experience. the staff, at times, seemed indifferent, and we did not always receive what we asked for in a timely manner.

We had a fantastic experience at this place, with amazing drinks and friendly staff. It was convenient to have a bar in the lobby. We loved the view of the park. We have found our go-to place to stay whenever we are in the area.

The beach was absolutely stunning, with white sand and turquoise waters. It was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun during my Christmas vacation. The location of the hotel was great, as it was situated in the heart of the city. This made it convenient to explore the surrounding area and visit the nearby bars and restaurants.- I really enjoyed the all-inclusive option at the hotel. The food and drinks were plentiful, and there was a wide variety to choose from. It was a great way to indulge and try different Cuban cuisines.
The room I initially received had a damp and musty smell, which was quite off-putting. The air conditioning also had issues and wasn't functioning properly, causing the room to be stuffy.
